Online Registration Now Open

Walk in registration March 3, 2012

10am to 2pm at the Soccer Club

 


The Board of Directors have a called a Special General Meeting on:
Monday March 5, 2012
7:00pm
45 Gristmill Road, Holland Landing
 

The purpose of the Special General Meeting is to amend the Constitution to add:

REMUNERATION OF DIRECTORS

 Directors shall receive no remuneration for acting as such, but any Director will be reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses incurred while performing duties as a Director.  Nothing prohibits a Director from receiving reasonable remuneration and expenses for services to the EGSC in other capacities (as long as such capacity is disclosed to the Executive Committee prior to is commencement) and such remuneration shall be determined by the Committee and is included in the annual operating budget, which was approved by the Board of Directors.

All members in good standing with the club are invited to attend.

 


 HOUSE LEAGUE NEWS

THE SOCCER SEASON STARTS THE WEEK OF MAY 21ST - ALL GAMES COMMENCE AT 7:00PM

Players Requests  for U8 divisions and older will only be granted for the following….
1) Coaches children will be placed on their team
2) Siblings will be place on the same team (unless specified)
3) Sponsor’s children will be placed on the team they are sponsoring (unless specified)

*We will try our best to fill all requests for Mini Mites, Mites and Tykes, but we DO NOT guarantee these requests*
**No other requests will be granted.  This includes car pooling. **

We have made some changes to our divisions for the upcoming 2012 season.

U14 Girls - for players born in 1999/1998

U14 Boys - for players born in 1999/1998

U17 Girls - for players born in 1997/1996/1995 -   We have allocated 4 teams to this division.  Two teams will play at 7pm and two teams will play at 9pm on Mondays.

U18 Girls Travel Team -  Home games are scheduled for a 9pm start.


WALK IN REGISTRATION

The Board of Directors have approved the following means of payment for the outdoor 2012 at our walk in registrations:

Visa, Mastercard, Debit.    Cheques will not be accepted.
