2012 Registration Process
TEAM REGISTRATION PROCESS
OUTDOOR 2012 SEASON

Team captain to submit a list of players to the office by mid January.

Players may register on line or by completing registration form and waiver and submitting to team captain along with individual cheque for registration fee.

We will hold a couple of evening registration dates to allow team captains to come to the office with their team registrations and registration fees. We will not accept one cheque per team. If at all possible, no cash.

Players registering on line will be allocated to team as per list received

Deadline for team registration: Mid March. All registrations received after this date will be considered individual registrations. Requests for teams will be honoured if room on said team is available.

We will leave open two teams in each division for individuals to register to. If room is available after mid March on these two teams, we would entertain a team registration to fill the teams.

Team registration will be on a first come first registered basis. Your team list submitted in January will confirm your intention of submitting a team for the upcoming outdoor season, however, if your players are not registered to your team by mid March the club has the right to assign individual registrations if necessary to fill the roster.
